• Identify opportunities and assess the space and equipment requirements for a range of diagnostic, care and treatment services within a centre, usually adjacent to and linked with core GMS/PMS units

• .Attract and manage the requirements of a range of providers under lease and licence terms.  These providers may include local GPs and PBC consortia, Acute and Foundation Hospital Trusts, Community Health and Social Care day services, independent practitioners, community groups and the voluntary sector.

• Optimise the use of the centres both during the day and in the evening and weekends through the active management of operational space (AMOS).
