with numerous surveys required to get the project through planning.
In October last year we undertook an acoustic survey to assess the noise from the roads and railway, in March an asbestos survey to identify any suspect materials, in May we undertook bore holes to a depth of 25m to assess the ground conditions and in June we will be undertaking a bat survey to see if our flying mammal friends are present in the site. We are hopeful that no great crested newts, badgers or foxes are resident but have asked the locals to keep an eye out?
Apollo is due to commence on site with the Rhyl Health Centre this year and more information on this project will appear on the website soon.
