Rob James BSc (Hons) MCIOB FFB - Director of Procurement

Rob is a specialist in Primary Care development having worked in the sector for over 8 years leading design teams and acting as tenants advisor for a number of GPs, Trusts and LHBs.

He joined Apollo Capital Projects in 2007 as Director of Procurement and assists the Development Directors in placing professional teams to deliver Primary Care buildings throughout the UK. Rob is also leading the design process in Wales on over £30m of new development including Clydach, SA1, Denbighshire and Mold.

He comes from a professional consultancy background having been a Director for B3Burgess Architects and Associate Director for Capita. Rob is a Chartered Builder (MCIOB) and has an honours degree in Building Surveying. He is also a Fellow of the Forum for the Built Environment and has experience in many facets of construction.

He advises clients on procurement routes for the new developments and understands the complexities of Primary Care having worked on both the client and developer sides.
