Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience gained within the commercial property development sector having worked with national developers throughout the country, spending the last 8 years with Apollo.
Richard's career has been largely involved with retail store development for a blue chip national retailer. He has also worked for development companies in both London and more recently in Leeds where his development skills were applied to major town centre commercial, residential and community led schemes.
With Apollo, Richard is a Director of the business and has experience of Primary Care development procured by both the LIFT and 3PD routes. He has developed over 20 schemes across the northern region with a range of building sizes from single practices to multi occuped buildings.
Richard lives in Harrogate with his family and enjoys all sports and music.
