Rob James is a Chartered Construction Manager and Builder (MCIOB) with over 25 years’ experience in the construction and property sector. Rob joined Apollo in 2007 as Procurement Director and in the initial years was responsible for winning and delivering of over £40m of schemes throughout the UK. Rob was responsible for setting up regional delivery teams and the overall project management of the developments. In 2012 Rob set up the consultancy element of Apollo and has since completed several project management schemes and is appointed as project manager on one of London’s largest primary care developments. In 2014 Rob was appointed Managing Director for Apollo with the responsibility of guiding the business through the next phase of developments and also to grow the consultancy business. Since 2014 Rob has secured over £30m of developments and delivered Two Rivers Medical Centre in Ipswich. Rob continues to explore new opportunities and relationships throughout the UK and Ireland and leads and is acting as advisor for a number of health bodies on estates matters.
Outside of work Rob likes spending time with his wife and 3 daughters and also long distance running and hill walking.
