Apollo are pleased to report that the Llanbradach Primary Care Centre achieved Full Business Case sign off by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board on 5th October 2017. This 750sqm scheme had not been without its challenges with protected bats in the current church hall and slowworms on the site. Apollo has been working closely with ecologists and the local authority to re-home these protected species. Planning is due to be submitted in October 2017 with site work due to commence in late spring 2018.
Rob James who has been leading this scheme said “Apollo were appointed in 2015 on this scheme and have been working closely with the stakeholders to get to this point. We are delighted to be working with the Aber Practice, Village Practice and ABUHB to deliver this new centre for Llanbradach.”
